Description
The washi canisters celebrate Japanese artisanal crafts and are hand-covered with traditional mulberry paper. The branches of cherry blossom that adorn this paper are symbols of fleeting beauty and renewal. In Japan, they are the subject of an annual ritual known as Hanami, which literally means “looking at flowers”. This occasion marks the arrival of spring in the country.
