Ingredients
- 15g (or 1.5 tbsp)
- ½ litre water
- 2 small pots natural yoghurt
- 12 (or 320g) frozen apricots
- 5 tbsp (or 65g) white sugar
- Requires a blender
Preparation
- Add 15g to ½ litre water and leave to infuse in the fridge for 4 hours.
- Remove the infused leaves.
- Add the ½ litre infused Jardin du Paradis to a blender, along with all the other ingredients.
- Blend until the liquid is smooth.
- Serve.
Serving suggestion
Pour into large clear glasses. Delicious accompanied by a slice of sponge cake at teatime!
