Oats, red fruit... Our Berry fields with its delicious fruity notes is here in a cereal bar recipe designed like a granola bar. All the pleasure of cereals and dried fruit in a deliciously tangy treat!

Ingredients

  • 10 g of Organic Berry fields
  • 60g cranberries
  • 160g red berry jam
  • 30 ml neutral oil
  • 135g porridge oats
  • 30g sunflower seeds
  • 60g cashew nuts
  • 100 g white chocolate

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Infuse the Organic Berry fields
  • in 20 cl of water at 90°C for 5 minutes.
  • Leave the cranberries to swell in 10 cl of infusion for 10 minutes; drain and leave to one side.
  • In a salad bowl, mix the jam and the neutral oil. Add 125g porridge oats, sunflower seeds, cranberries and ground cashew nuts.
  • Fill the financier moulds with this mixture, pressing them down with the back of a spoon.
  • Place in the oven for 35 until the porridge oats are golden.
  • Lightly roast the remaining 10g of porridge oats in a frying pan. Grind to a powder and set aside.
  • Melt the white chocolate in a bain-marie.
  • After removing them from the oven, dip each bar in the melted chocolate, then in the roasted porridge oat powder. Leave aside on baking paper.
  • Enjoy when the chocolate has set.

Tasting and storage suggestion:

Feel free to store the cranberry soaking infusion: it will make for a deliciously tangy cocktail to enjoy chilled!
These delicious bars can be stored in an airtight metal box for up to three days.
