Description
In the Cauca Valley, western Colombia, this black tea is enhanced by cocoa nibs, which give it a remarkable chocolate taste. The perfect choice for a gourmet break!
This delicate black tea pairs perfectly with cocoa nibs, giving rise to a delicious tea with powerful chocolate notes.
This tea comes from a small farming community located at an altitude of 2100 metres. Made up of twenty workers, it works in harmony to guarantee access to drinking water, electricity and scholarship opportunities for all the inhabitants of the surrounding area. The dense morning fog encourages the tea bushes to grow slowly, while exposure to the sun in the middle of the day helps to subtly refine the tea’s fragrances.
The estate covers 200 hectares, but only 70 of these are dedicated to tea growing. This is due to the presence of wooded areas between the tea crops, creating a veritable nature reserve that is home to over 176 different species.
