Description

A deliciously tangy organic herbal tea

This recipe is a mix of oats, puffed buckwheat and roasted buckwheat. This blend brings to mind toasted notes resembling vanilla. These ingredients pair perfectly with the sourness of red berries, for a subtly balanced combination!

A creation with no caffeine or added sugar, to be enjoyed all day long, hot or iced.

This herbal tea is made from organically grown ingredients and is available in loose leaf only, to encourage more responsible consumption.

The ingredients

Buckwheat (Fagopyrum esculentum)

This polygonaceous plant is grown in harsh climates such as Brittany in France. Its seeds are eaten as they are, roasted or ground into flour to make galettes. Its notes of roasted hazelnut are particularly appreciated in pastries!

Oats (Avena sativa)

This cereal, which is widely grown in Central Europe, is mainly consumed in flake form, in granola or porridge for example. Its slightly toasted taste also makes it a versatile and popular plant-based milk.

Berries (Vaccinium myrtillus and Fragaria)

Berries offer a sweet, tangy taste. Widely used in patisserie, strawberries and blueberries are used here to add a touch of deliciousness to this cereal-based creation.
