Description
This Grand Cru is produced by the Dao people, an ethnic group that migrated from China to the mountainous provinces of northern Vietnam, including Cao Bo, where this tea is harvested. It is a shu pu erh, which means it has undergone accelerated fermentation.
An organic pu erh tea with intense woody and earthy notes, which leaves a sweet impression on the palate reminiscent of licorice sticks.
