Description
This is the first Korean white tea made by the Choi family for Palais des Thés! While Korea is better known for green tea, this white tea offers remarkably delicate notes. Its plucking is made up of one bud and two leaves.
This highly refined organic Grand Cru offers a host of delightful peony and fresh fruit notes that develop into honeyed, and vanilla hints. A true marvel!

Suggestion of preparation
Prepare this tea warm:
With the teapot or the tasting set: 7 minutes in water heated to 160°F.
With the gong fu cha: infusions during 30-40 seconds.
Also delicious iced.
