The ingredients
Oats (Avena sativa)
This cereal, which is widely grown in Central Europe, is mainly consumed in flake form, for example in granola or porridge. Its slightly toasted taste also makes it a versatile and popular plant-based milk.
Corn (Zea mays)
This crunchy, sweet grain from Mexico arrived in Europe in the 16th century. Its many varieties range from yellow to purple or white! Often eaten as flour or flakes, corn is as delicious as it is nutritious.
Coconut (Cocos nucifera)
This tropical fruit comes from the coconut palm tree. Renowned for its fragrant water and sweet, white flesh, coconut is often used in cooking and baking in the form of milk, cream, shavings or simply grated.

Suggestion of preparation
Prepare this infusion warm:
In a tasting set or teapot: immerse 10 g of infusion in 50 cl of water at 90°C for 5 minutes.
Prepare this infusion iced:
In a teapot or carafe: immerse 8 g of infusion in 50 cl of water at room temperature for 30 minutes. Filter and store in a cool place.
Prepare this infusion latte:
In a large mug: heat 30 cl of coconut or cow milk, then immerse 8 g of infusion for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on the intensity chosen. Filter and froth.
