Description
This fermented tea is made using an age-old production technique, passed down through generations. The leaves were harvested in 2018 and stored for 5 years in a Korean Onggi pot, in which the temperature and humidity were carefully controlled.
An organic tea which develops extraordinarily complex fragrances. Its honeyed, stewed fruit and vanilla notes blend with a gentle sweet taste. A delight!
