Description
This organic black tea is made in Kalapani tea estate in Panchthar, Nepal. Sungava is a Nepalese term meaning "orchid", in reference to the fragrance unveiled by the leaves as they transform. This tea is the work of a young tea maker, Apsara.
An indulgent autumn harvest that brings together delicious cocoa, woody and honeyed notes supported by a silky texture.

Suggestion of preparation
Prepare this tea warm:
With the teapot or the tasting set: 4 minutes in water heated to 185°F.
With the Gong Fu Cha: infusions during 30-40 seconds.
Prepare this tea iced:
In a teapot or a carafe: Steep 8 g in 50 cl of water at room temperature 30 min. Remove the tea leaves and refrigerate.
