Description
This tea is harvested from Rangsai Mountain, at an altitude of over 1,600 metres. It is made from Mengku Da Ye tea plants. Mao Cha is a raw tea used to make Shu or Sheng tea. It develops an aromatic profile similar to that of a young Sheng.
A powerful Mao Cha with apricot, vegetal and woody fragrances with a long and delicate astringent finish.
This tea is grown organically and certified by Ecocert, an accredited independent certification body.

Suggestion of preparation
With the tasting set: 4' minutes in water heated to 90°C.
With the Gong Fu Cha (teapot/Gaiwan): infusions during 30-40 secondes.
