Description
This oolong tea comes from Mae Salong, Thailand, and is carefully made by Ms. Ming. Its name, "Dong Pian", or "winter leaves", refer to the fact it is harvested during the winter, which gives it unique characteristics.
A spectacular oolong with elegant floral, buttery and vegetal notes which develop against a smooth texture.
This tea is organically grown and has been certified by an approved independent testing center.

Suggestion of preparation
Prepare this tea warm:
With the teapot or the tasting set: 5 minutes in water heated to 195°F.
With the Gong Fu Cha: infusions during 30-40 seconds.
Prepare this tea iced:
In a teapot or a carafe: infuse 16 g of leaves per liter of water at room temperature for 30 minutes. Remove the leaves and store in the fridge.
