Harvested in Panchthar, nestled in the Nepal Himalayas, this organic tea is made in Pathivara Tea Estate. The tea plants that grow at this high altitude benefit from the favourable climate and pure air found in this unique, secluded area.
A delicate autumn white tea with fruity, zesty and vegetal notes that develop against a silky texture.

Suggestion of preparation
Prepare this tea warm:
With the teapot or the tasting set: 4 minutes in water heated to 185°F.
With the Gong Fu Cha: infusions during 30-40 seconds.
Prepare this tea iced:
In a teapot or a carafe: Steep 8 g in 50 cl of water at room temperature 30 min. Remove the tea leaves and refrigerate.
