Description
These silver needles are harvested in Zambezia, Mozambique. This region began producing tea recently, and is host to many talented growers. This Grand Cru is made up entirely of downy buds, and is produced similarly to the renowned Chinese white tea Yin Zhen.
This white tea from Mozambique develops powerful floral notes that bring to mind tiare flower, enhanced by a velvety texture.
This tea is organically grown and certified by Ecocert, an accredited independent control organization.

Prepare this tea warm:
With the teapot or the tasting set: 7 minutes in water heated to 185°F.
