This Grand Cru is from the Rohini tea garden in Kurseong which stretches out over 144 hectares, at an altitude of between 300 and 1,300 metres.
First flushes are renowned for their especially rich aromatic complexity.
This first Darjeeling of the year reveals delicious floral, zesty and almond notes. This superb tea is an ode to the first flowers of spring!

Suggestion of preparation
Prepare this tea warm:
With the teapot or the tasting set: 3’45 minutes in water heated to 180°F.
With the gong fu cha: multiple infusions during 30-40 seconds.
Also delicious iced:
Steep 8 g in 50 cl of water at room temperature 30 min. Remove the tea leaves and refrigerate.
