This shu pu erh comes to us from Yunnan Province, China. Its Chinese name, "Gong Ting", refers to a grade of tea and means "Imperial". Only the smallest buds and leaves are chosen, and are renowned for their smoothness and complexity.
This exquisite, intense and complex shu pu erh reveals long-lasting woody notes with fruity and caramelised hints, alongside a delicious sweet taste.
