Description

This classic oolong tea is produced in the Fujian province. Its name evokes the legend of the goddess Guanyin, while Anxi refers to the traditional place of production. Not highly oxidised, its aromatic profile will delight lovers of truly fresh fragrances.

This lively, powerful tea has an intense start with fresh florals developing into vegetal notes that mingle with hints of delicately iodised minerals.

Prepare this tea warm: 

With the tasting set or a teapot: 5 minutes in water heated to 195°F.
