This tea is made in Yunnan Province, China. It is a Jin Ya, which means "golden buds", in reference to its very high quality crop. Indeed, only the mostly silky buds are chosen.
An elegant and complex Grand Cru characterised by notes of waxed wood, flower honey and mushroom. A rare Grand Cru!

Prepare this tea warm:
With the teapot or the tasting set: 4 minutes in water heated to 195°F.
With the gong fu cha: infusions during 30-40 seconds.
